If you have experienced a problem at Spotfree Car Wash we will gladly offer a coupon for a free car wash or a refund of your money.
- Refund requests need to be reported within 24 hours of use of the car wash facilities in order to be processed.
- A problem may be reported via telephone 255-0110 or e-mail sales@spotfreecarwash.com between 8 am – 5 pm. Please notify us of the location and a brief description of which piece of equipment you experienced the problem with.
- All refunds will originate from Spotfree management, so employees on-site are not able to offer refunds and refunds cannot be picked up in person.
- All refunds will be mailed, so a name and address will need to be provided to our staff.
